Law Art. 11, or similar state laws. All job listings are sourced from publicly accessible corporate employer career portals, and no placement, interview, or hiring outcome is guaranteed.
By creating an account, activating a Rejection Shield email alias, or subscribing to Morning Tea Jobs (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts.
Morning Tea Jobs curates publicly posted corporate roles in daily stacks of three, generates role-aligned resume drafts strictly grounded in the career history you provide, and stages form inputs inside an in-app browser at your direction. Morning Tea Jobs never clicks final “Submit” on your behalf, never bypasses CAPTCHAs or security controls, and never auto-fills sensitive EEO demographic or legal attestation checkboxes. You personally review every staged application and decide whether to submit it directly to the employer.
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all resume statements, work-authorization selections, visa sponsorship answers, and custom responses prior to submitting any application. You agree not to upload fabricated credentials or third-party personal data that you are unauthorized to use.
When you activate Rejection Shield, we assign you a dedicated candidate relay alias on a neutral mail domain. You expressly authorize Biwada LLC to receive, parse, and classify inbound emails addressed to your relay alias in order to:
Automated classification is high-precision but not infallible; you may inspect your recent relay activity log inside the app at any time.
To protect applicant reputation and respect employer ATS infrastructure, accounts are capped at a hard maximum of twenty-one (21) curated job cards per day (18 daily cards on Reserve Pour plus at most one 3-card referral bonus stack). You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, automate, or abuse the Service.
Company names, logos, and Applicant Tracking System names (such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workday, Stripe, Ramp, Linear, or Duolingo) appear strictly for nominative identification of publicly posted employer job openings. Morning Tea Jobs is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by listed employers or ATS vendors. Any employer wishing to exclude its public job postings from indexing may email legal@morningteajobs.com for prompt removal.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIWADA LLC’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO BIWADA LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Either party may bring qualifying individual claims in small-claims court of competent jurisdiction.
